Hi and welcome! I’m Rebecca Jackson.

Thanks for considering me as your executive coach.

I believe that executive coaching or mentoring is key to growing exceptional people in the workplace. I also believe that making a difference to people and the planet can come from kindness and courage. Having me as your coach or mentor gives you a space to think and reflect without judgement, and gives you support to achieve what you want at work and in life.

I have two great kids, a rescue dog called Patch, and I live in Hamilton. I can coach online throughout New Zealand and Australia or in person.

My Experience & Credentials

  • I hold Global Individual Accreditation - practitioner - with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)

  • I have eight years experience in coaching and mentoring

  • I have an honours degree in Environmental Engineering, and have completed further papers in communications, psychology and law

  • I have completed Professional Mentoring & Workplace Coaching Skills training, certified through Unitec NZ

  • I completed a leadership mindset programme with the New Zealand Leadership Institute, part of Auckland University’s business school

  • I was a national finalist in the 2015 Women of Influence Awards for my work in growing gender diversity in engineering

  • I have worked as a consulting engineer for over 20 years, and continue to work with some great clients

  • In 2017 I was awarded a scholarship by CEAS & Aon to attend a Harvard Business School executive programme in risk management
